HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 325,000 Ordinary Shares at 319.00p per share on 06 July 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 03 July 2015 was 318.30p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 08 July 2015. As at 08 July 2015, the issued share capital will be 112,170,564 and the number of voting rights will be 112,170,564.
