HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 292.25p per share on 09 October 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 08 October 2015 was 281.20p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 13 October 2015. As at 13 October 2015 the issued share capital will be 112,545,564  and the number of voting rights will be 112,545,564.
