HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 285.00p per share on 12 November 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 11 November 2015 was 276.40p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 November 2015. As at 16 November 2015 the issued share capital will be 114,335,564 and the number of voting rights will be 114,335,564.
