HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 285.50p per share on 4 December 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 December 2015 was 284.00p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 8 December 2015. As at 8 December 2015 the issued share capital will be 114,485,564 and the number of voting rights will be 114,485,564.
