HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 350,000 Ordinary Shares at 342p per share on 2 September 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 1 September 2016 was 332.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 6 September 2016. As at 6 September 2016 the issued share capital will be 114,885,564 and the number of voting rights will be 114,885,564.
