HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED (the "Company")

The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 338.5p per share on 13 December 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 12 December 2016 was 333.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 15 December 2016. As at 15 December 2016 the issued share capital will be 115,235,564 and the number of voting rights will be 115,235,564.
