ISSUE OF EQUITY

The Company announces that it agreed on 2 June 2020 to allot 275,000 Ordinary Shares at 319.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 1 June 2020 was 308.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 4 June 2020. As at 4 June 2020 the issued share capital will be 140,533,564 and the number of voting rights will be 140,533,564.
