Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 3 August 2022 to allot 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 272.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 3 August 2022 was 267.2p.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 August 2022. As at 5 August 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 154,948,564.
