Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 4 November 2022 to allot 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 255.50p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 4 November 2022 was 249.6p.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 8 November 2022. As at 8 November 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 155,448,564.
