Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 20 January 2023 to allot 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 290.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 20 January 2023 was 281.6p.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 24 January 2023. As at 24 January 2023, the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 157,683,564.
