The Company announces that it agreed on 3 October 2024 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 238.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  

 

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 October 2024, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 165,402,179.
