The Company announces that it agreed on 6 January 2025 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 229.9p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  

 

These shares will be issued for cash on 8 January 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 166,802,179.
