The Company announces the allotment of 175,000 Ordinary Shares at 333.0p on 18 October 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 15 October 2010 was 323.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 21 October 2010. As at 21 October 2010 the issued share capital will be 97,505,564 and the number of voting rights will be 97,505,564.
