HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

As at close of business on 30th January 2009, the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items) was 207.3p. 

As at close of business on 30th January 2009, the unaudited net asset value per share (calculated excluding current financial year revenue items) was 204.6p.

Due to adverse weather conditions in London, these values were not available for release on 2nd February 2009
