The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 329.0p on 27 October 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 26 October 2010 was 322.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 November 2010. As at 1 November 2010 the issued share capital will be 98,005,564 and the number of voting rights will be 98,005,564.
