HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 302.25p per share on 17 February 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 14 February 2014 was  293.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 20 February 2014. As at 20 February 2014 the issued share capital will be 105,120,564 and the number of voting rights will be 105,120,564.
