The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 367.5p per share on 22 April 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 19 April 2013 was 356.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 25 April 2013. As at 25 April 2013 the issued share capital will be 102,945,564 and the number of voting rights will be 102,945,564.
