The Company announces the allotment of 675,000 Ordinary Shares at 366p per share on 23 April 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 22 April 2013 was 358p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 26 April 2013. As at 26 April 2013 the issued share capital will be 103,620,564 and the number of voting rights will be 103,620,564.
