The Company announces the allotment of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 287.00p on 16 January 2012, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 16 January 2012 was 284.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 19 January 2012. As at 19 January 2012 the issued share capital will be 100,780,564 and the number of voting rights will be 100,780,564.
