The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 347.00p on 21 January 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 18 January 2012 was 338.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 24 January 2013. As at 24 January 2013 the issued share capital will be 102,120,564 and the number of voting rights will be 102,120,564.
