The Company announces the allotment of 400,000 Ordinary Shares at 369p per share on 29 April 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 26 April 2013 was 355.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 02 May 2013. As at 02 May 2013 the issued share capital will be 104,020,564 and the number of voting rights will be 104,020,564.
