The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 306.00p on 3 May 2012, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 2 May 2012 was 296.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 9 May 2012. As at 9 May 2012 the issued share capital will be 101,530,564 and the number of voting rights will be 101,530,564.
