The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 297.50p on 03 February 2012, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 03 February 2012 was 289.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 08 February 2012. As at 08 February 2012 the issued share capital will be 101,380,564 and the number of voting rights will be 101,380,564.
