The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 352.0p per share on 5 February 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 4 February 2013 was 344.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 8 February 2013. As at 8 February 2013 the issued share capital will be 102,845,564 and the number of voting rights will be 102,845,564.
