The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 324.00p on 11 December 2012, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 December 2012 was 316.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 14 December 2012. As at 14 December 2012 the issued share capital will be 101,730,564 and the number of voting rights will be 101,730,564.
