The Company announces the allotment of 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 341.00p per share on 5 November 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 4 November 2013 was 334.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 8 November 2013. As at 8 November 2013 the issued share capital will be 104,570,564 and the number of voting rights will be 104,570,564.
