The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 301.00p per share on 11 March 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 March 2014 was 299.10p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 14 March 2014. As at 14 March 2014 the issued share capital will be 105,470,564 and the number of voting rights will be 105,470,564.
