The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 298.5p per share on 26 February 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 25 February 2014 was 294.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 3 March 2014. As at 3 March 2014 the issued share capital will be 105,270,564 and the number of voting rights will be 105,270,564.
