The capital of Henderson Far East Income Limited, as at 30 December 2016, consisted of 115,285,564 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Far East Income Limited under the Rules.
