PAYMENT OF SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND

Henderson High Income Trust plc announces that a second interim dividend of 2.075p per ordinary share of 5p, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2013, will be paid on 31 July 2013 to holders registered at the close of business on 28 June 2013.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 26 June 2013.
