PAYMENT OF SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND

Henderson High Income Trust plc announces that a second interim dividend of 2.125p per ordinary share of 5p, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2014, will be paid on 31 July 2014 to holders registered at the close of business on 27 June 2014.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 25 June 2014.
