PAYMENT OF FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND

Henderson High Income Trust plc announces that a fourth interim dividend of 2.175p per ordinary share of 5p, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2014, will be paid on 30 January 2015 to holders registered at the close of business on 30 December 2014.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 29 December 2014.
