PAYMENT OF FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND

Henderson High Income Trust plc announces that a fourth interim dividend of 2.275p per ordinary share of 5p, in respect of the year ending 31 December 2015, will be paid on 29 January 2016 to holders registered at the close of business on 18 December 2015.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 17 December 2015.
