FAIR VALUE OF 3.67% UNSECURED NOTES 2034

Since the issue of the 3.67% unsecured notes in July 2015, Henderson High Income Trust plc has valued the loan notes at par. Although the 3.67% unsecured notes 2034 are unquoted and illiquid, it has become normal practice in the investment trust sector for such instruments to be fair valued at a value different to par for NAV reporting purposes. Therefore, as of today we will publish an additional fair value NAV which will include the 3.67% unsecured notes 2034 at fair value.
