In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 November 2012 Henderson High Income Trust plc's capital consisted of 96,105,744 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson High Income Trust plc is now 96,105,744.

The above figure (now 96,105,744) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson High Income Trust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
