In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 December 2014 Henderson High Income Trust plc's capital consisted of     108,882,287 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson High Income Trust plc is now 108,882,287.

The above figure (now 108,882,287) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson High Income Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
