In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 September 2016 Henderson High Income Trust plc's capital consisted of     111,817,365 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson High Income Trust plc is now 111,817,365.

The above figure (now 111,817,365) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson High Income Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
