In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2022, the Company's capital consisted of 129,796,278 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for each share held. 

The Company holds no Treasury shares and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 129,796,278.

The above figure ( 129,796,278 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
