Total Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 January 2024, the Company's capital consisted of 172,141,700 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for each share held. 

The Company holds no Treasury shares and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 172,141,700.

The above figure (172,141,700) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
