DECLARES SIXTH INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

PERIOD ENDED 31 AUGUST 2012

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a sixth interim dividend of 1.0p per Ordinary Share in respect of the period ended 31 August 2012 payable on 30 November 2012 to shareholders registered on 16 November 2012. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 14 November 2012.

This is the sixth dividend to be paid by the Company in accordance with the Prospectus and since launch on 28 April 2011.
