DECLARES AN INCREASED THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2015

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 1.15p per ordinary share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2015 payable on 28 August 2015 to shareholders registered on 7 August 2015. The Directors anticipate the Company will be able to sustain future interim dividends at this increased level.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 6 August 2015.
