DECLARES FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

PERIOD ENDING 31 AUGUST 2015

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.15p per ordinary share in respect of the period ending 31 August 2015 payable on 27 November 2015 to shareholders registered on 6 November 2015.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 5 November 2015.
