DECLARES FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

YEAR ENDING 31 AUGUST 2016

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 1.15p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2016 payable on 26 February 2016 to shareholders registered on 5 February 2016.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 4 February 2016.
