DECLARES THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

YEAR ENDING 31 AUGUST 2018

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a third interim dividend of 1.30p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2018 payable on 31 August 2018 to shareholders registered on 10 August 2018. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 9 August 2018.
