DECLARES FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

YEAR ENDING 31 AUGUST 2018

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.40p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2018 payable on 30 November 2018 to shareholders registered on 9 November 2018. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 8 November 2018.
