DECLARES FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE

YEAR ENDING 31 AUGUST 2019

Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a first interim dividend of 1.40p per ordinary share in respect of the year ending 31 August 2019 payable on 28 February 2019 to shareholders registered on 8 February 2019. This dividend is to be paid from the Company's revenue account.

The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 7 February 2019.
