Annual General Meeting held on 12 December 2014

Henderson International Income Trust plc announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.  The resolutions that were passed included four special resolutions, one of which gives authority to the Company to make market purchases of its own ordinary shares up to a maximum of 14.99% of the issued share capital (equivalent to 11,448,095 ordinary shares as at 12 December 2014).
