In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital comprises 50,253,050 Ordinary shares of 1p each and 21,000,000 C shares of 10p each.  Both the Ordinary shares and C shares each carry the right to one vote.

The Company also has 8,300,000 non-voting subscription shares in issue.

The figure of 71,253,050 Ordinary shares and C shares should be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
