Block Listing of Shares

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,641,547 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List. The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

The block listing will cover issues of ordinary shares to the Company's subscription shareholders on the exercise of their rights to convert their shares into ordinary shares.
