     Market Purchase by the Company of its own Ordinary Shares to be held in
                                    Treasury


Henderson Strata Investments plc hereby gives notification that, pursuant to the
authority granted to the Company at the Annual General Meeting on 10 February
2005 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares, a market purchase of
25,000 ordinary shares of 25p each of the Company was made today at a price of
498p per share. The shares will be held in Treasury.

The number of shares in issue less the ordinary shares held in Treasury is
12,449,260 ordinary shares of 25p.
